Dalam fasa ni boleh tambah sayur-sayuran salads, brocoli, bayam, kangkung dll.
Jadi boleh la nak makan ala western macam grilled salmon dgn brocoli yang dicelur. Atau sup ayam dgn bayam. Kalau tak, masa fasa 1 dok ratah daging, ikan atau ayam dan telur saja. Walaubegitu, kentang, roti masih belum boleh lagi eh. Sup ayam tu jgn tambah kentang lak..
Selain salads and sayur.. (orang melayu elok la makan ulam yg actually salad juga), boleh la tambah makanan yg disenarai bawah ni sehari sejenis. Sekadar untuk motivasi dan variasi. Tu pun in a small quantity ya. TQ
